Program Outline
Pesto trains and invests in India’s top software engineering talent. Pesto is not a learn-to-code boot camp.
Tech Upskilling
16 weeks of intensive technology training spread across three levels viz. basic, advanced and practical projects. The flexible learning model allows you to learn at your own pace, and jump levels as per your competency level. The application-based learning model makes sure you get a feel of the real product tech world during the training itself.
Soft skills training and interview preparation
Along with domain skills, also polish your language and behavioural skills for a seamless cultural alignment with US counterparts. Additionally, multiple mock interview sessions help you get remote-ready before you face the real interview.
Meeting your job goal
While you focus on your training, Pesto will work in parallel to schedule interview calls for you during the program. The better you perform at the program; the sooner you get access to jobs. Our hiring partners include top product companies from across the world.
